He was patient and committed to understanding the needs and priorities for our family and he took so much extra time to help us understand the process and market trends. We spent many hours with Stefan touring homes when finally a very unique opportunity presented itself. The new owners of the house we were renting, offered to sell us their house! We toured it right away and immediately knew it was meant to be our home. There were many important details and negotiations that needed to take place in order to make it a reality and Stefan made it happen even faster than were were anticipating! Buying our first home was intimidating at times yet Stefan made us feel confident and well informed. Everything turned out better than we imagined, thanks to Stefan.
